I see it's been a month since my last post. Believe me, it's not that I've been sitting around twiddling my thumbs. No, they and my other digits have been hard at work on the #100 Days Project and Project Pack 20. There were certainly some fits and starts, interspersed with torn muscles and arthritis pain. I definitely lost my momentum with both projects. I lost my confidence, too, as my inner critic found hers. I forgot to tell her, "Thank you very much for sharing. Now please go back to your seat and wait to be called upon."
There were definitely "meh" moments, especially with the 100 Days Project. Coming up with a weekly theme was challenging enough, but a daily idea? And just keeping up with the numbers and the photography was hard for me!! Honestly, I got behind and caught up by doing a couple a day. Mea culpa! I think that's okay. I just want to push through and move along as best I can, learning to recognize my creative energy when it appears, and give it all my attention. Lately, I've been doing the small pieces in the early morning, after my morning journaling. This is working well now, but will probably change with the summer weather, when I need to be outside early before it's too hot. I will cross that bridge...
